Don Clark is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Managing Principal through LPL Financial and President of Personal Financial Group. Don has been in the financial industry since 1991. During that time, he has developed long-term relationships with his clients by emphasizing a comprehensive approach to financial planning that focuses on client service. Don helps his clients design financial plans that include estate planning, tax reduction and financial independence planning/retirement planning.
Don earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rockhurst University, and his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kansas. He has also earned the elite professional certification of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) through his studies at the College of Financial Planning. Don currently holds the Series 7, 24, 53, 63 and 65 registrations through LPL Financial and is also licensed in Life and Health Insurance.
As an Investment Advisor Representative, Don specializes in developing and implementing retirement and estate plans for private clients. He incorporates advanced tax planning techniques to help minimize income and estate taxes. He also utilizes conservative asset allocation models in order to focus on capital preservation and multi-generational wealth management.
Don is a firm believer in the growth and development of children through education and sports. For 8 years, Don was an elected member of a local Board of Education and was also an elected member of the Executive Board for the Kansas State High School Activities Association.
Don and his wife Nancy have three boys. He is actively involved in youth sports and has coached his sons in baseball, football and basketball. Additionally, he has officiated collegiate sports. In his spare time, Don likes to run and he has completed several marathons, including the Boston Marathon.

Linda Migliazzo is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, Chief Compliance Officer for Personal Financial Group, Inc. and a Registered Representative through LPL Financial. Linda has been in the financial industry since 2002. After marrying her husband John in 2004, Linda joined Don Clark’s Team and since that time, she has assisted Don by helping create a reliable, consistent and efficient approach towards meeting the needs of his clients as well as his team of advisors.
Linda earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Park University. She was a participant and finalist in the JumpStart/CHOICE Entrepreneurship Business Plan Competition with the Kaufman Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. She has also earned the elite professional certification of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) through her studies at the College of Financial Planning. She is also registered in securities Series 7 and Series 66 through LPL Financial, as well as Life and Health. Linda and her husband, John, have one son who joined their family in July 2006, and a daughter born in August 2008.
Her husband is a small business owner in the Kansas City Metro area. Their strong family ties to the Kansas City area give them a strong sense of pride when it comes to serving the community. They are active members of Country Club Christian Church and enjoy participating in community outreach programs.
Linda is the Committee Chair for Cub Scout Pack 3010 with the Heart of America Council – Boy Scouts of America. As Committee Chair she has helped revive the Pack, which was near resolution after more than 25 years of service. Pack 3010 was originally the main Cub Scout Pack that led to the beginning of Boy Scout Troop 10, one of the largest Boy Scout troops in the metro area. Troop 10 is one of the largest sources of scouts that obtain the prestigious Eagle Scout designation in the area. Linda’s husband is an Eagle Scout and her son is a cub scout. Their family has a strong connection to the values, beliefs and traditions that scouting teaches boys in order for them to grow into successful, responsible young men.

Linda Riggs has worked in the financial industry for eight years; this is a second career for her. She formerly worked and retired from SBC/AT&T after a career of over 30 years mostly in Network Engineering as an engineer and budget analyst. Linda enjoys meeting new clients, assisting with our seminars, client appreciation events and is our compliance administrator. Linda has lived in the metropolitan area all her life with the exception of a two year relocation to St. Louis with SBC. She loves the Kansas City area and all it has to offer which includes the Chiefs, Royals, theatre and concert events.
While working for SBC Linda was involved with Community Relation Teams, Pioneers, United Way and Junior Achievement. She also volunteered for many activities at her daughters schools from room mother to prom chaperone and after prom party fundraising chairperson and was awarded a Kansas Lifetime PTA Membership and Wildcat Mom honors. Linda is a member of Unity Church of Overland Park and enjoys participating in their many community projects such as Habitat for Humanity and Harvesters.
Linda’s daughter Sarah graduated in the spring of 2008 with an Animal Science/Business degree from Kansas State. Sarah was an NCAA Athlete on K-State’s Equestrian Team and honor student. She now works for Farmer’s Insurance. Stepdaughter Kassie, her husband Jon and their children Olivia and Jaxon live in Shawnee and Linda enjoys being close to them. Since Sarah has graduated, Linda plans to continue working part-time and begin extensive traveling. She also hopes to learn to fly fish.

Carol Mahon serves as a Client Service Administrator with Personal Financial Group. She enjoys the team approach in Don Clark’s office allowing her to tackle many different projects each day. The diverse range of work responsibilities provides Carol the opportunity to leverage her effective problem solving and project execution skills. She also enjoys interacting with clients and prospects and learning the many facets of the financial planning business.
Prior to joining Personal Financial Group, Carol spent nearly 12 years as a Billing Supervisor for the City of Burlington, Kansas. She has also held other positions in Real Estate and Insurance. While living in Burlington, Carol was actively involved in many activities and organizations. She moved to DeSoto last year and looks forward to getting involved in that community once she’s settled.
Carol and her husband, Chuck, have three grown boys. As empty-nesters, they enjoy many outdoor activities, including golfing, four-wheeling and boating.

Mark Rabin has worked as an investment advisor representative in the financial industry for over 30 years. Mark likes to take a long term investment approach considering all of his client’s needs and objectives. Each client has unique needs, and Mark works very closely with each client constantly monitoring their changing financial needs as well as their investment performance.
After attending business classes at the University of Kansas, Mark has worked with some of the most prestigious wall street firms over the years, including Smith Barney, PaineWebber (now UBS Financial), Prudential Securities and PiperJaffray prior to becoming an independent financial advisor. Mark’s vast experience within the financial industry has enabled him to create long term client relationships, many of which have lasted for three decades. Mark currently holds the series 7, 8, 24, 63 and 65 registrations through LPL Financial and is also licensed in Life and Health Insurance.
Mark is married with 2 children and has lived in the Overland Park area his entire life. As a life long resident, Mark believes in supporting his community and charities.

Thomas Elms is a registered Client Relationship Manager for Personal Financial Group. 2020 is Thomas’ inaugural year with the firm, but he has interned for Personal Financial Group for the past two years. Thomas has passed the Series 7, Series 66 (both held with LPL Financial), and Life & Health Insurance exams and will be taking the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) Exam in September 2020. Thomas is a proud graduate of BIOLA University where he majored in Financial Planning. During his time at BIOLA, Thomas was a proud member of BIOLA’s #8 ranked Division II Baseball Team and was the President of the BIOLA Financial Planning Association. In his role as the President, Thomas created networking events with the Southern California Financial Planning Association (FPA) and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute of Orange County to help create job opportunities for BIOLA Financial Planning Students. In his spare time, Thomas loves golfing, going to sporting events, and spending time in his Church Community. Gregory Cornelius is founder and President of Gregory T Cornelius, MBA, CFP, LLC. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kansas State University in 1978. In 1981 he received his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Kansas. Additionally, he completed the Certified Financial Planner™ program of study and earned the CFP® designation. Greg has 35+ years of financial planning experience which includes time spent as Bank Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, 5 years in investment banking as an individual and institutional stockbroker, 15 years as a financial planner for MetLife, and 17 years as partner in American Financial Management. He now manages his own boutique financial planning services firm with a strong emphasis on client service.
He is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling and time spent with friends and family.

Celeste has lived and worked in the Kansas City area her entire life, but loves to travel. She is a Chiefs and KU fan and enjoys the Symphony, Ballet, theatre and many varied art opportunities in her City.

He worked for two large financial services companies before joining the Personal Financial Group network of independent advisors. Jeff began his financial advisory career working for MuniciCorp of California, which at the time was the largest tax-free bond brokerage firm in the western United States. Though he started his career advising high-net-worth clients, he has expanded his business model over the years to help all his clients create plans for creating and maintaining wealth by advising them on investment strategies that fit their individual needs. The trust his clients place in him has led many of them to recommend him to their own now-grown children, making Jeff an advisor to multiple generations of several families.
Jeff graduated from the University of California-Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in political science and later earned a master’s degree in the same field from California State University-Northridge. Jeff has lived in Leawood, Kansas, since 1992. He and his wife, Sarah, are the parents of a son, Elijah. In the years since Elijah was diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum, Jeff has served as a volunteer for several local organizations that help children with autism.

Brian has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years, with the last 18 years spent in the ultra-high-net-worth space. He began his career in the operations department, where he learned both the importance of client service and the nuance of individual investments. This was an important foundation in not only understanding the significance of investing, but also the emotional behavior behind being successful in each of our desired goals. He then went on to become an investment analyst, where his primary duties included trading and monitoring a vast range of portfolios, vetting individual funds, and managing overall risk. Brian’s service background, along with his knowledge of investments, made the transition to a wealth advisor only natural.

Before becoming a financial advisor, Cindi was an Employee Benefits Manager with over twenty years of experience in qualified retirement plans. She was designated a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) through the American Society of Pension Actuaries in Arlington, VA.
Cindi graduated from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1991.
Cindi was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, and moved to Kansas City in 1976. Over the years, Cindi has served as a Board Member of The Kansas City Corporate Challenge along with Treasurer, Vacation Bible School Director, and Sunday School Teacher of her church for over twenty years.
Cindi is happily married to Ray, and they have one son. Along with rooting on her Kansas City Royals, she enjoys spending time with her friends, supporting her family, and cheering on her grandchildren at baseball, football, basketball, and soccer games.
