Our Process

Step One

Intro Call

A quick phone call and conversation to learn more about you and your unique situation.

The goal with this phone call is to get to know you, your current situation, learn more about where you are trying to get to, and determine what you are looking for in a relationship with an advisor. From there, we share a little bit about us and how we typically work with clients so you can leave the phone call knowing if we are the right fit for you.

If we determine that we may not be the right fit for you, we will do our best to refer you to someone that could potentially be a better fit

Step Two

Data Gathering

An in-person, zoom, or phone call to go over what is most important to you -your values and goals-, understanding where you are currently financially and where you are trying to get to in the short term (within 2 years), mid term (within 3-10 years) and long term (10+ years).

  • Goals
  • Review the numbers/statements
  • Understanding your business (if applicable)
  • Final questions needed to complete the PFG Planning Process
Step Three

Strategy Presentation

During this meeting, we will first start out by going over what we already discovered in our data gathering meeting to make sure we are aligned.

  • How you are currently invested
  • Current balance sheet/net worth
  • Current investment allocation
  • Current strategies in place
  • Goals & priorities

Once we have established common ground, we will deliver our recommendations and spell out any action items.

Step Four

Client Onboarding

Congratulations! Our team is honored to work with you, and we are eager to get started.

During our onboarding step, our team will work with you every step of the way to make sure our strategies are implemented, and the plan is being followed. It’s easy to get this far and to let life get in the way. That’s why we will make sure nothing slips through the cracks and follow up with you so you feel confident in the progress being made.

Step Five

Ongoing Meetings

During the first year of onboarding, our team will check in with you at a high frequency to make sure everything is going smoothly, questions are answered, investments and your plan are updated as necessary. After the first year, the meeting cadence will come down to each individuals situation and needs.

Next Steps
  • Schedule an intro call/discovery meeting
  • We walk through our recommendations
  • Take some time to think through things and determine if it makes sense to
    work together
