Lita Pheffer

Lita was born and raised in the Kansas City area. She graduated from University of Kansas with a degree in social work. While raising her two sons she owned and operated a cabinet refinishing and faux painting business.  Her most recently held positions include being a paralegal and executive assistant. In her spare time, Lita enjoys drawing animal portraits, traveling, and volunteering.  She has been supporting a local drop-in women’s center for many years.  This center serves women who are being trafficked or are homeless by providing many things like clothing, food, and shelter.
